Overview
Adult Pay ("adultpay.online") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that is infringing, including the URL(s) where it appears on our site
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Processing Time
We aim to process valid DMCA takedown notices within 24 hours on business days. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who uploaded it (if applicable).
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your full name, address, phone number, and email address, identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
Abuse Warning
Please be aware that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Misrepresentation of material as infringing, or misrepresentation of authority to act on behalf of a copyright owner, can result in liability for damages including costs and attorney's fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
